Shipping Options & Costs:
Escapes offers three types of shipping services:

1. Regular mail: $6.50 USD
All addresses
Takes up to two weeks for delivery from the date of shipment

2 . Express Mail : $17.50 USD
U.S. and Canada addresses only
U.S.: 4-5 days from the date of shipment, Canada : 1-2 days from the date of shipment

3 . Insured Federal Express Overnight: $32.00 USD
U.S. and Canada addresses. next-day delivery from the date of shipment
Signature required
Trackable

4 . Insured Federal Express - Intl and non- contiguous U.S.: $45.00 USD and more
Mandatory if applicable, or it will be applied
24 to 48 hours delivery from the date of shipment

Additional Shipping Information:

1. Regular Mail:
If you opt for regular mail service, your shipment cannot be insured, nor tracked. Escapes cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, late delivery, or the consequences resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods after your package has been entrusted to the Postal Services.

Delivery of your package via the Postal Services may take up to two weeks from the date of shipment

Orders with PO Box addresses must be shipped via regular mail.

2. Express Mail:
Express mail shipments via the Postal Services may be tracked, and must be signed for. Escapes cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, late delivery, or the consequences resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods after your package has been entrusted to the Postal Services.

No Express Mail service to PO Box addresses. PO Box orders addresses must be shipped via regular/standard mail only.

3. Federal Express Service:
Federal Express will only ship to street addresses, no P.O. box addresses. Orders with APO or FPO may be shipped via Fed Ex, please inquire.

If you opt for the Federal Express Overnight service you will receive an advanced notice of shipment containing your package's tracking-number (trackable on-line).

Barring any carrier delays, Federal Express deliveries are expected the day after the shipment date or per Federal Express delivery times for country/zone.

Packages shipped via Fed Ex are insured and trackable, and Escapes cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, late delivery, or the consequences resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods after your package has been entrusted to the Carrier Service.

We strongly recommend you sign for you packages. Escapes Design cannot be held responsible for packages which are not signed for by the addressee, or left at the door by the carrier. To make arrangements to sign for your package, contact Federal Express at: www.fedex.com or 1-800-GO-FEDEX.

Escapes cannot arrange with Federal Express for a signature requirement. Note that some addresses may already be on file with Federal Express with the signature requirement waived (with the signature requirement waived, Federal Express will leave the package at the door). Again, If you prefer to sign for your Federal Express package, we suggest that you contact Federal Express directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX, and make the necessary arrangements with them.

If you prefer to sign for your package, but are unavailable for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Contact us at customerservice@escapesdesign.com prior to placing your order, and a customer service associate will arrange this for you.

Production time:
All jewelry and accessory items are custom made, and designed to your specifications.

The usual turn-around time is approximately one, two, or even three weeks, depending on the item, from the time the order is submitted and confirmed (and for rings, from the time we receive ring size confirmation).

Due to the custom design nature of each piece, this period within which you will receive your order is approximate however, and does not include delivery time.

If you need your item for a specific date, let us know, and we may be able to rush it through.

All orders are confirmed with you via e-mail as soon as we receive them, and you have 48 hours to make any changes, or corrections to your order. This includes letting us know about specific dates you need your item for , or if you need arrangements made to rush it through, if possible.

You must let us know within 48 hours of sending us your order. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to our restocking fees.

You must review details of your submitted order in your e-mailed Order Confirmation, and contact us with any changes or corrections within those 48 hours. Should we not hear from you, nor receive any changes or corrections, within 48 hours, we will consider the details on your Order Confirmation as correct, and will begin processing your order. Print and save your Order Confirmation.

You will be contacted once your purchase is being readied to deliver, so that you may know to expect it. In the meantime, you may log into your Account at any time in order to verify the status of your order. You are also welcome to contact us directly with any questions you may have on the progress of your order.

Important Shipping Notices:
Incorrect/changes to addresses:
When you receive your Order Confirmation, in addition to the details of your order, please make sure that you enter your address correctly. You will receive an advance notice that your package is being prepared to be shipped to you, and goods will be sent to the address given by you in your submitted order and stated in the Order Confirmation. We must charge you for additional shipping costs associated with wrong addresses, or any changes made to addresses after shipment. etc.

International Orders:
Some international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Escapes advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

We inspect each item in your order to ensure product excellence before shipping.
