1. If your Escapes Design item is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair such defect without charge for up to one year from the date of purchase.

2. DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. Escapes Design is not liable for lost or cracked stones. Should a stone happen to become loose or fall out (example, from tension settings), during the normal course of use and wear, Escapes Design will reset the stone at no extra cost.

3. Noticeable deformation, dents or bending that might occur with normal wear will be repaired or replaced by Escapes Design without charge for up to one year from the date of purchase.

4. Escapes Design provides a lifetime refinishing guarantee. Any item purchased from Escapes Design can be returned at any time for free refinishing (shipping of the item to and from Escapes Design is extra).

5. If Escapes Design determines that a returned item cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with either the same design, or, the equivalent.

6. Glass Items: Glass items are treated separately under our warranties. All glass items are inspected prior to shipment to guarantee and be assured of their top quality and condition. Because glass items are more fragile, they are not covered under our repairs policies should they crack or break. Broken glass items are not returnable or refundable. Should you receive a broken item, however, you must contact us immediately upon receipt, and no later than 2 days after receipt. We will do our best to exchange it for a similar item. You must send back the broken item, as you received it, in its original packaging. If there is extensive damage to the package when it is shipped, refuse to accept it, and contact our Customer Service department immediately.
   
   All products offered by Escapes Design, including glass items, are protected by a 14 Exchange guarantee which guarantees an exchange if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Returns with partial refunds are accepted on some items, please refer to our return policies. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

   OUR WARRANTEE/GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
   
1. We do not cover expenses incurred by the owner in the repair of items. The warrantee is limited to items being returned to Escapes Design within the one year period for repair or exchange.

2. Items that have been repaired/attempts at repair by another party (ex: jeweler), or damages incurred in such repair.

3. Damages due to a lack of proper care, or maintenance of items purchased from Escapes Design.

4. Damages, defects, breakage, etc. due to abnormal, or abusive use, handling, maintenance, care, repair, or strain.

5. The breakage, or loss of any stones (diamonds, and gemstones) (see above for more information).

6. In the case of rings, ring sizing. Ring sizing does not fall under our warrantees/guarantees, and fall under our return and exchange policies, without exception (see our return and exchange policies)

7. Glass items are not covered under our warranties or guarantees for breakage.

8. Shipping of the returning item to Escapes Design is not covered. Shipping of the item to you will be free of charge.

   RETURNING PRODUCTS

• Retain your proof of purchase, as you will require this in order to receive the repair or exchange service provided under our warrantees.

• Notify Escapes Design immediately upon discovery of any defect, Include your order number.

• Before returning an item, you must contact us first. We will confirm whether the issue is covered by the warrantee, and will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

• Returns that arrive without advance notice, nor the proper Return Authorization number will not be accepted.

• Escapes will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

• Shipping and handling of the item to us is not covered by the repair warrantee. Shipping and handling to Escapes Design for lifetime refinishing guarantee is not covered. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment of the item to us.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT UPS PACKAGES. ALL UPS PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED.

WE ONLY ACCEPT FEDEX PACKAGES IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY CONTACTED US FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FEDEX PACKAGES UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED BY US.

Prices listed throughout the website and availability of items are subject to change at any time, and from time to time, without prior or subsequent notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or programming error, Escapes Design can choose to refuse a transaction, and reserves the right to set the price for the item.
